Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can currently ship anywhere in the world from $6. Shipping usually takes 3-10 working days to the US and Europe. Other destinations may take a little longer. We can also courier worldwide at an additional cost for a faster service.

Will the voBack affect my reception?

No. The iPhone 4 has an external antenna around the edge of the phone. Replacing the back panel won’t affect the antenna reception at all.

How hard is it to install?

It’s a piece of cake – a  #00 screwdriver and instructions are provided. All you need to do is undo two screws and slide the old panel off before replacing it with your new VoBack. It should take around 60 seconds for the complete replacement.

What is the return policy?

We can accept returns up to 30 days from order date. A full refund or exchange will be provided – whichever is preferable.

Will installation void my Apple warranty?

Installing a voBack is simple and can be installed by removing only two screws. The installation causes no damage to your phone and the original pack panel can be reinstalled at any point. However we will not guarantee Apple will honor your warranty – hence please assume the installation of a voBack will void your warranty.

Is this compatible with the Verizon iPhone 4 sold in America?

No voBacks are not currently compatible as the Verizon iPhone as it requires a different back panel. We are looking into producing select styles for the Verizon iPhone shortly.
